La provitamina B5 contenuta all’interno del sapone intimo rinforza le proprietà lenitive e umettanti, aiutando a fissare l’acqua sulla superficie cutanea e a richiamarne dalle zone più profonde dell’epidermide e del derma. Un additivo derivante dall’acido lattico che in sinergia con i tensioattivi ne aumenta la dermo-compatibilità.

Acido ialuronico – HYALURONIC ACID
A highly resistant, elastic linear molecule in the skin's connective tissue, capable of binding a large number of water molecules for better skin hydration. The chemical structure of hyaluronic acid is classified as a glycosaminoglycan, a long sequence composed of two simple sugars, glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine.
Hyaluronic acid plumps the skin and gives it greater plasticity and elasticity, also creating a water reserve. Hyaluronic acid creates various skin benefits according to its molecular weight. High molecular weight makes it last longer on the skin's surface for better short and medium-term hydration, whereas low molecular weight molecules penetrate the epidermis, plumping skin and smoothing wrinkles, with long-lasting soothing and hydrating effects. -
Bipantenolo – PANTHENOL
Also known as Pro-Vitamin B5 or simply panthenol, this is the precursor to Pantothenic acid and its range of properties has important skin benefits. Bepanthenol's qualities include hydrating and soothing skin and protecting against skin irritation.
Bepanthenol has various properties that are important for the epidermis, helping keep water in the skin's surface for guaranteed hydration, elasticity and skin firming. In dermatological terms, Bepanthenol creates a healthier, more resistant barrier to combat external agents that may irritate the skin. As well as hydrating, Bepanthenol has a soothing action which promotes collagen fibre reinforcement and normalizing cell metabolism. -
Glicerina – GLYCERIN
This small plant-derived molecule, also known as triol, bonds and interacts with water. In cosmetics, glycerine is valued for its property of retaining water on the skin's surface.
The ability of glycerine to retain water on the skin's surface means the epidermis stays hydrated, a factor that increases skin elasticity and also improves resistance and eliminates the feeling of dry, taut skin.

They pollute seas and oceans, and are ingested by many forms of marine life, ending up on our plates and posing a risk to human health.
With a strict research and development process, Dermomed laboratories replaced raw materials classed as microplastics (under Annex VII of the European Commission's Microplastics Act of 2022) with natural raw materials. In this way Dermomed guarantees the same performance as always, eliminating microplastics from its formulas and ensuring its products are sustainable.
